Holtzman Vogel Expands Florida Team with Litigation and Appellate Attorney Mark Pinkert
Holtzman Vogel, a nationally recognized law firm specializing in regulatory and litigation matters, has announced the addition of South Florida litigation and appellate attorney, Mark I. Pinkert. Pinkert joins the firm as partner in the Commercial Litigation; Appellate; Constitutional Law; and Corporate and Government Investigations practices.
Based in Miami, Florida, Pinkert boasts an impressive background, having clerked for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan (11th Cir.) and the Honorable Roy K. Altman (S.D. Fla.). He holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. from Emory University, and his practice spans both state and federal courts, where he has advocated for high-profile corporate clients as well as non-profit organizations in their most sensitive matters.
